We plan to enrol 200 students for the first intake. There are 12 small dormitories at Campus A. 10 of them are currently under renovation and they will have the capacity of accommodating 82 students. When all 12 dormitories have been renovated, they will accommodate 110 students. So far, funds for the hostels that have already been renovated have mainly been gathered from NED members, Tanzanians in general and partners in the South Eastern Pennsylvania Synod (SEPA) of the ELCA .

The renovation of the Administration Building at Campus A commenced on 16th of October, 2006. Even here, funds have so far been gathered mainly from the NED, Tanzanians in general and SEPA. The buidling has two floors with  ICT room, offices, board/staff room, reception, library rooms and toilets.
Connectivity is essential to any higher learning institution today. An ICT room will be established at Campus A. Networking systems have already been surveyed by a technology team of 5 people which was formed in August under the leadership pf Dr. Hashim Twaakyondo from the Faculty of Science at the University of Dar es Salaam and Mr. Andy Harrington from SEPA. Smaller technology committees in SEPA (under leadership of Ms. Jane Weidner), Sweden (under leadership of Mr. Daniel Rubenson) and Tanzania (under leadership of Mr. Fred Ngumbuke) constitute the larger Technology team. The team members have identified required equipment and a proposal of purchasing them has been prepared so as to be implemented from April 2007. TTCL will provide internet network systems.
The library will have two reading sections which will have the capacity of accommodating between 35 and 40 users at the same time. Shelves will be placed in these rooms. There are toilets for men and women, disabled and non-disabled. There will also be a section for Reference books which cannot be taken out of the library.

 Classrooms and Lecture Hall

At Campus A, there are 4 classrooms (30 persons each) and 1 lecture hall (70 persons). These are all in a fairly good condition and will therefore not require costly rehabilitation except for the Asbestos roofing material that has to be replaced by corrugated iron sheets. The FELM has been requested for the needed funds.

Cafeteria

The old dining hall is located on the northern side of Campus A. It can accommodate 180 people and has strong walls made of burnt bricks. We will renovate this building and use it as cafeteria for the students. The asbestos roof will be removed and replaced by iron sheets. There is also a kitchen in the same building which also needs to be renovated and equipped. Also, there is one storage room. The Westfalian Church in Germany (EKvW) has agreed to fund the renovation of this building.

Staff houses

There are altogether 24 staff houses. Since most of them have been in use until February 2006, they are in a good condition and will only require minor renovations.
