The Executive Council of the ELCT-NED had its normal meeting from 24th -25th
November 2004. Together with other matters, it resolved to make some slight
changes for Pastors serving congregations and leadership in the management
team of Lutindi Mental Hospital with effect from 1st January 2006.

The changes have affected this:
  1. Rev. Abdiel Mdoe who was serving Mlalo Parish in the Northern District has been transferred to Ngulwi Parish in the Southern District.
  2. Rev. Neema Kamendu who was formerly serving as a Coordinator for the
    Department of  Women and Children  has been transferred to Makorora Parish
    in the Coastal district.
  3. Rev. Gideon Ngotonyingi who was serving at Makorora Parish in the Coastal District both as  head of Urban Ministry and  student Pastor, has been transferred to Kana Parish in the same District as a parish Pastor and Acting District Pastor of the Coastal district. He will continue to head the Urban Ministry as well as serving as a student pastor
  4. Rev. Patto Samwel Kilangore who was formerly serving as a parish Pastor at Ngwelo (M) in the Northern District has been appointed  a Coordinator of Youth Department.
  5. Rev. Benjamin Chambo who was serving as a co-pastor at Korogwe Parish in the Tambarare District (Plain District) has been transferred to Mlalo Parish in the Northern District, as a Co-Pastor.
  6. Rev. Peter Sheiza and his wife Rev. Judith Sheiza, who were in Norway for Masters in Theology studies, have been allocated to serve in the head office of the ELCT-NED. Rev. Peter Sheiza  will serve in the directorate of Mission and Evangelism and the Cathedral at Lushoto; while his wife Rev. Judith Sheiza who, before marriage, was serving Konde Diocese of the ELCT, has been allocated in the directorate of Social Services, in the department of Woman and Children.
  7. Deacon Joseph Kisaka who was serving at Gombero Parish in the Tambarare District (Plain District) has been transferred to Mbaramo District in the Northern district.
  8. Lutindi Mental Hospital: Mr. John Ng’wamkai who had been a Chairperson of the Management team of the Hospital has been transferred to Bumbuli and Mr. Mbilu on the other hand has been appointed to the post.
