| This is to inform you that the North Eastern Diocese has got a new General Secretary whose name is Mr. Salatiel Togolai Shemhilu. This is really a blessing for the NED. That position remained vacant for about two years. |

| Mr. Shemhilu has
been working with the Ministry of Education for more than thirty years,
first as a teacher and later as a Senior Officer at the Ministry
Headquarters. |

| Here at the NED head office we are very happy to have
such a knowledgeable and experienced person to that important position.
As we share with you our joy we also ask you to pray for Mr. Shemhilu
so that God may grant him the strength to manage the task which is
ahead of him. |
