First Lady, Honorable Mrs Anna Mkapa, lights a candle at the BIFED symbol during the inauguration ceremony in Lushoto Cathedral, Aug 8th.

Bishops Fund for Education and Development (BIFED) was inaugurated with a great celebration, attended by lots of bishops and honourable representatives from church and administration as well as guests from Tanzania and abroad.
