- To construct and begin to implement a five years strategic and pragmatic plan which among other things will incorporate the important unmet goals of the year 2002.
- To establish a clear understanding on how to get and making use of the basket fund for the hospital and all our dispensaries
- To prepare the college for enrolling pre-service instead of in-service students
- To make both the hospital and the college have adequate numbers of qualified staff in order to improve the services provided
- To improve staff salaries to at least the level of Government basic salaries for each staff
- To start a blood bank and voluntary counseling and testing for HIV services
- To improve the colleges and the hospitals income so as to have enough surplus at the end of the year
- To actively look for overseas hospital partners with the goal of getting both professional and material/financial support
