The Northern District has several departments as:

• Youth Department led by Mr. Yose Shekaholwe
• Women and Children Department led by Mrs. Lucy Mwinuka

There are several committees which work on behalf of the general assembly of the District:

• Executive Council chaired by the District Pastor
• Acting Committee of the Executive Council chaired by the District Pastor
• Financial Committee chaired by Mr. Chamshama
• Planning and Project Committee chaired by Mr. Yose Shekaholwe
• Partnership Committee chaired by Rev. Varles Kussaga

There are four Church institutions in the Northern Church Districts. They are:

• Lwandai Secondary School
• Mtae Dispensary Lunguza
• Fuizai Dispensary
• Hekalungu Deaconic Center – MLALO
