The leadership is elected every 4 years according to the ELCT - NED constitution. For the period 2000 -2003 the elected leadership is as follows:
- The District Pastor: Reverend Zawadiel J. Mkilindi
- The District secretary: Mr Allan N. Msagati
- The District Accountant: Dr. Michael P. Mndeme
- The Recording Secretary: Mr. Godwin H. Shemzighwa
The Assistant to the District Pastor is elected every two year:
- For 2000 - 2002 : Rev Eberhardt S. Ngugi
- For 2002 -2004 : Rev Elberhardt S. Ngugi
