The inauguration will take place in the Sunday service in the cathedral of Lushoto at 10:00. After the inauguration there will be a fundraising for the BIFED. We expect to collect 100.000.000 Tzs (about 100.000 US$) including the money collected before the inauguration.

The inauguration ceremony will be attended by lots of people, by them bishop Dr. Benson Bagonza (Karagwe diocese), retired bishop Dr. Erasto Kweka (Northern diocese), bishop Dr. Phillip Baji from Anglican diocese of Tanga, retired bishop Joseph Jali (NED) and bishop Dr Stephen Munga (NED). There will also be lots of guests and representatives from government, ambassadors, professors from different universities and other friends from outside Tanzania.

The ceremony will start with a procession from the ELCT-NED headoffice through Lushoto to the Cathedral with the diocese brassband. Lots of choirs will take part in the service and a bible text will be read by a student from Irente School for the Blind.
